Data deletion requests
Use the process below to request deletion or correction of personal information associated with Tech World Tax.
How to submit a request
Email info@techworldtax.com with the subject Data Deletion Request.
Include enough information to locate the record
- Your full name
- The email address associated with the inquiry or client record
- The type of service or form involved
- Whether you are requesting deletion, correction, or access
Do not email a Social Security number, password, bank information, or a copy of a tax return merely to verify your identity. If additional verification is needed, Tech World Tax will provide an appropriate method.
Records that may need to be retained
Some tax-preparation, accounting, security, dispute, or legally required records may need to be retained even after a deletion request. When deletion is not appropriate or legally permitted, information may instead be restricted, archived, or retained only for the required purpose and period.
